Holiday Shipping Disclaimer

Due to holiday demand and carrier delays, delivery by Christmas is not guaranteed. Orders placed during the holiday period may arrive after December 25th, regardless of the shipping method selected.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are fully dependent on the carrier and are outside of our control. No refunds or cancellations will be issued for orders that do not arrive by Christmas.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Due to very high demand and order volume, orders can take up to 10 - 14 days to be delivered. However, most orders are delivered within 7 - 10 days.

AVERAGE SHIPPING TIMES

 

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.
